At Reloved Again, we want you to love your pre-loved fashion finds; however, if your item isn't quite right, we offer a 14-day return window for a full refund. Please ensure all original tags remain attached and the item is in the same condition as when it arrived.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your account and select the order you wish to return, or contact our support team with your order number to request a return authorization.

  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place the item back in its original packaging, ensuring the Reloved Again security tag is intact and all designer dust bags or boxes are included.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Print your prepaid shipping label provided via email and drop the package off at your nearest authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the item to verify its condition, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
